📜 FAQs
1) Can I get both the $3 Reward and the $10 Bonus?
Yes! These new rewards are fully stackable. If your very first shift application is submitted within 24 hours of registration AND it is an Urgent Shift (starting within 4 hours) that you successfully complete later, you will receive both rewards ($3 + $10 = $13 in total).
2) Does the first shift need to be completed within 24 hours for the $3 Reward?
No. The 24-hour time limit applies strictly to your “Booking Time” from the exact moment you register your account. The actual date of your shift can be outside the 24-hour window, as long as you lock in the application within your first 24 hours.
3) When will I receive my welcome rewards?
- The $3 Reward: This will be credited instantly to your Flexii Earnings once the merchant verifies and successfully completes the shift.
- The $10 Urgent Shift Bonus: This will be processed and credited to your account on the 2nd of the following month after you complete the qualifying urgent shift.Please note that the $10 Urgent Shift Bonus is only valid for completion until the end of the calendar month of your first completed shift, provided you maintain a perfect reliability record.
4) What if I applied for a shift within 24 hours but it got cancelled or I couldn’t attend?
Rewards are only valid for successfully completed shifts. If you cancel the shift, do not show up, or get removed due to attendance policy violations, you will lose the eligibility for that specific reward.
5) What is the deadline to earn the $10 Urgent Shift Bonus?
The eligibility to earn the $10 Urgent Shift Bonus lasts only until the end of the calendar month in which you completed your first regular shift. Furthermore, you must continuously maintain a perfect reliability record (strictly no late arrivals, no no-shows, and no cancellations within 4 hours of any shift) across all applied shifts during that entire month. Any single violation will immediately cancel your bonus eligibility.
6) What’s a urgent time-based shift?
A time-sensitive role that needs to be filled quickly within 4 hours. Urgent time-based shifts earn extra Loyalty points, helping you progress faster.
7) How are tiers calculated?
You progress by completing both a shift count and hours requirement. Urgent time-based shift counts more toward requirements than Non urgent task based shifts (see “Tiers & Rewards”).
8) Can I mix different shift types?
Yes. You can mix them; Boost simply accelerates your path.
9) Do I need a certificate?
Some venues require it. Uploading your F&B certificate unlocks more roles.
10) When do I get paid?
- Loyalty bonuses are calculated based on total shift payouts completed within the same month.
- Bonus payments will be credited on the 2nd day of the following month
11) Where can I see my points and tier?
Check the profile page in the app for progress, points earned, and tier benefits.
12) What happens if I cancel a shift?
Cancellations within 4 hours of the start time, more than 2 X late shows, or absences may affect eligibility for bonuses and points.
Terms and Conditions
- The “$3 Reward” and “$10 Urgent Shift Bonus” are applicable strictly to newly registered users who successfully complete their first shift on the Flexii platform.
- These two welcome incentives can be stacked and claimed together. If a user’s first completed shift meets the criteria for both promotions, they will receive a total bonus of $13.
- For the “$3 Reward”, the 24-hour time limit applies strictly to the “Application (Book) Time” from the exact moment of account registration. The actual date of the shift can be outside the 24-hour window. However, the user must successfully show up and complete the said shift to receive the reward. This $3 Reward will be credited instantly to the user’s Flexii Accrued Earnings upon successful shift completion.
- The eligibility to earn the “$10 Urgent Shift Bonus” lasts only until the end of the calendar month in which the user’s first shift is successfully completed.
- To successfully claim the “$10 Urgent Shift Bonus”, the user must continuously meet these 3 reliability conditions across all applied shifts throughout that entire calendar month: (1) No late arrivals, (2) No no-shows, and (3) No cancellations made within 4 hours of a shift. If any of these conditions are violated at any point during the month, the bonus eligibility will be cancelled immediately.
- Once successfully qualified and completed, the $10 Urgent Shift Bonus will be processed and credited to your account on the 2nd of the following month.
- Flexii reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program, including its rules, benefits, point values, and eligibility, at any time, with or without prior notice.
