We are redefining how industries like F&amp;B, retail, and logistics hire and operate \u2014 empowering businesses to scale and our community to earn, learn, and grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mission: At Flexii, we are redefining the future of work across Asia. We need a Product Manager who is obsessed with the &#8220;Front Lines&#8221;\u2014someone who can translate the messy, real-world needs of businesses and gig workers into a world-class product roadmap. You aren&#8217;t just a facilitator; you are the industry expert who understands the nuances of the part-time labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Core Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Goal &amp; Strategy Definition: Define product goals and strategies that maximize both customer value (for workers and businesses) and business growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roadmap Strategy: Own the end-to-end product roadmap, ensuring every feature\u2014from instant matching to automated payroll\u2014aligns with Flexii\u2019s business growth goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voice of the Customer: Proactively collect, synthesize, and prioritize requests from our business partners and gig workers. You will turn feedback into actionable product requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Business-Tech Bridge: Act as the &#8220;translator&#8221; between the commercial team\u2019s high-pressure demands and the engineering team\u2019s technical constraints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Domain Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of the gig economy and part-time industry (e.g., labor compliance, shift scheduling, and surge pricing) to build features that truly disrupt the status quo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lifecycle Management: Lead the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and\u00a0 UAT and region roll out in Singapore, HK and Taiwan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Required Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to initiate new projects and effectively propose them to stakeholders and management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills for stakeholder negotiations and cross-functional collaboration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience launching services in collaboration with engineers, designers, testers, and commercial teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to accurately analyze business needs and create system definitions and specification documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data-driven decision-making skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of web and app development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in requirements analysis, scope definition, and product specification design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, we unfortunately can&#8217;t get back to every one of you and only successful applicants will be contacted.
