          Where you provide us with a mobile number, or contact us on WhatsApp, you agree that Flexii may contact you on WhatsApp. This covers both service messages relating to your account, your shifts and the Services, and promotional messages about the Services.<\/p>

          Messages are sent only from Flexii\u2019s official WhatsApp business account. You may withdraw your consent to receive them at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer using the details below, or by asking us to stop in any WhatsApp conversation with us, and we will stop sending them. Withdrawing your consent does not affect your ability to use the Services, and does not prevent us from contacting you where we are required to do so by law or where it is necessary to perform a contract with you.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          The Company will cease to retain your Personal Data and identified Usage Data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as the deletion of your Account and when it is reasonable to assume that such data retention no longer serves the purpose for which the Personal Data and identified Usage Data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal obligations or business purposes.<\/p>

          For the avoidance of doubt, the Company will retain your Personal Data and Usage Data, wherever applicable, for seven (7) years from the date of your last completed work assignment with the Company to comply with applicable tax laws, regulatory requirements, and legal obligations.
